As a former litigation lawyer in Sydney and Dubai, I spent over a decade in high-pressure environments. I know what it’s like to have a calendar that owns you. I created this studio for the professional who refuses to settle for "average" fitness just because they are short on time. Here, 45 minutes isn’t just a workout; it’s a high-impact tactical reset for your body and mind.

The Athlete’s Edge: Intermediate & Advanced Performance

With a degree in Exercise Science and a background as a competitive tennis player, I speak the language of performance. For the fitness enthusiast, Chisel N Stride is where you find the "Gold Standard" of equipment—Woodway treadmills for elite stride work and heavy-load hypertrophy circuits. We don’t do "filler" movements; we build engines and sculpt physiques with professional-grade intensity.

The Recovery Journey: A Foundation for Every Beginner

In 2020, my journey took an unexpected turn: major spinal surgery. This experience stripped back everything I knew about movement and forced me to rebuild. This is why I am so passionate about the Stretch and Core elements of our studio.

If you are a beginner, or someone returning from injury, I have been where you are. I’ve designed our foundation-level classes and Pilates Springboard sessions to be the safe, science-backed entry point I needed during my own recovery. You aren't just joining a gym; you are joining a studio that respects the anatomy of the human body.
