PERSONAL TRAINING

Group fitness classes are not for everyone and may not be right for you at this stage of your fitness journey. For this reason, we offer a personal training program for those of you who fall in the following categories:

  • beginner to fitness

  • injured and has specific rehabilitation requirements

  • has a sporting goal to achieve in a specific time frame

  • pregnant or just had a baby

  • over 60 years of age

  • feels uncomfortable in group settings

  • group class timings unsuitable with schedule

Since 2021 several Chisel N Striders have transitioned from personal training to group classes seamlessly and say it has been a smooth transition.
