  • you prefer complete privacy when exercising

  • you are a senior over 60 years and require functional training

  • have a specific weight loss goal (nutrition guidance provided)

  • seek 1-1 reformer pilates sessions

One significant advantage in our personal training program is you get access to equipment which we do not offer in our group fitness classes!
