What make our fitness classes unique
Variety
“Sweat Strength Stretch” is our motto because we believe your body needs a dose of each. You are not stuck with one option at Chisel N Stride. We have a variety of fitness classes which are offered as 30 minutes or 45 minutes in time.
Small Class Sizes
Our classes consist of no more than 12 people at once. This means we often tailor the class around participants in the class rather than keeping a standard template. Chisel N Striders say our class environment is “safe, motivating, and supportive”.
Efficient
We respect your time and believe in punctuality. Classes always start and end on time because we know as corporate professionals time is a scare resource. Our classes are described as “the perfect place on a tight schedule”
