Chisel N Stride is Dubai's premier boutique fitness studio, strategically located in Sobha Hartland Greens to serve busy corporate professionals. Our small group fitness classes (maximum 12 people) offer complete fitness variety under one roof with carefully curated 30-minute and 45-minute sweat, strength or stretch workouts running 7 days a week. Our classes feature premium fitness equipment including Dubai's exclusive Pilates Springboards, professional Woodway treadmills, reformer machines, and heart rate monitoring systems that significantly improve workout effectiveness through our carefully designed training programs.
Our all-level classes are designed for participants with prior group exercise experience. If you're new to group fitness, we offer a personalized personal training program that builds your foundation and confidence, ensuring a seamless transition into our group classes. For seasoned group fitness enthusiasts seeking an elevated challenge, our intermediate classes push your limits with advanced techniques and intensified programming. These sessions are perfect for those with strong technical know-how who thrive on testing their strength, endurance, and skill in a motivating, high-energy environment.

Our pilates class is a combination of both mat pilates and springboard pilates. Experience Dubai's first pilates springboard class at Chisel N Stride. Our unique vertical springboard training combines controlled movements with spring-loaded resistance to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability—all suitable for every fitness level.
The wall-mounted springboard provides variable, continuous resistance that engages stabilizing muscles and your core differently than traditional mat pilates.

Want to focus on strengthening your smaller muscle groups? Barre uses a pulsing method where in seconds you start to feel the burn developing in your muscles. Take this class over time and notice a difference in your muscular strength endurance in your lower torso.

Take your core training to the next level with our dynamic circuit class that targets your midsection from every angle. Using the reformer, springboard, pilates stick, and dumbbells, you'll move through stations designed to challenge your core muscles in all planes of movement—frontal, sagittal, and transverse.
This intermediate-level class combines the variable resistance of pilates equipment with traditional strength tools to build deep core stability, improve functional strength, and enhance overall body control. Perfect for those with group class experience ready to intensify their core work.
Requirement: You must have done at least 10 pilates sessions at Chisel N Stride to be eligibile to take this class

Learn to train with heavier loads and more force on your muscles in this class. This class is split in to upper body and lower body training and we exclusively zoom in to strength training each one independently of each other.

Expect to jump, hop and explode in this HIIT class at the springboard. It’s a fun and dynamic class which will quickly elevate your heart rate but within a few sessions, you’ll notice an improvement in the power of your legs. This class is great if you play sports that require explosive movements or you run.

Our classes assume a base degree of fitness knowledge and understanding of technical movement terms. If you are completely new to fitness, start with our personal training program. This will avoid the risk of you getting injured in our group fitness classes.

Barre is the only ladies only class we offer at Chisel N Stride

We have credit bundles for 45 minutes classes and separate bundles for 30 minutes classes. If for example you purchase a pack of 4 45 minutes classes then you can take any 45 minute class with this bundle. The same applies for 30 minutes classes.

All booking must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled class start time. If you need to cancel your class reservation, this must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time).
*Note, we require at least 2 client bookings for a class to proceed and will endeavor to inform you as early as possible if we do not have the minimum number of attendees for a class to proceed.
