COMMUNITY CENTRIC

Thanks to our location in the suburb of Sobha Hartland Greens, we have the honor of integrating in to a friendly residential community. Our small class sizes mean that you get to meet your neighbours and we develop a sense of community at the studio.

Over the last twelve months, our couch to 5 km program has enabled us to entere a Chisel N Stride running team in several Meydan running races. Thanks to this program, we have trained together as a team leading up to the race, and at each of the races we have entered, a member of our team has come in the top 3 of their running race category.

Heart Rate Tracking | Chisel N Stride | Sobha Hartland Greens Dubai

We use heart rate zone training in our stride zone classes so that we can train you at an intensity level that suits your fitness level. Our heart rate board in the Stride Zone enables our coaches to monitor your intensity in real time and our app allows you to monitor your progress.
