Springboard Strength & HIIT is a dynamic intermediate session that utilizes the unique tension of the Pilates Springboard to drive both power and endurance. The class alternates between explosive plyometric movements to develop lower-body force and heart rate peaks, followed by intermittent recovery blocks focused on high-tension resistance training with the springs. We lead with 30 minutes of aerobic-focused running or hiking on our premium Woodway treadmills, specifically programmed to increase your cardiovascular endurance and stamina. Once the "Stride" work is complete, we transition into 15 minutes of targeted recovery, focusing on lengthening the specific "stride muscles"—the glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors. It is the perfect high-efficiency workout for those who want to push their heart rate and maintain an injury-free, mobile body.

Our classes assume a base degree of fitness knowledge and understanding of technical movement terms. If you are completely new to fitness, start with our personal training program. This will avoid the risk of you getting injured in our group fitness classes.

With your 45 minutes credit bundles, it is entirely up to you what classes you wish to book! You can book a class in either the Chisel Zone or Stride Zone

All booking must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled class start time. If you need to cancel your class reservation, this must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time).
*Note, we require at least 2 client bookings for a class to proceed and will endeavor to inform you as early as possible if we do not have the minimum number of attendees for a class to proceed.
