We believe in using science to train smartly so that you get the desired training effect from your Chisel N Stride fitness journey. Our heart rate training methodology takes the guess work out of whether you are getting fitter. By being able to witness the intensity of your workout in real time on your Chisel N Stride heart rate armband and our app, you can consistently track and monitor your progress.

MONITOR YOUR INTENSITY

We use a Heart Rate (HR) data tracking system to track your intensity in our Stride Zone classes. Our coaches will use these four heart rate zones in class to guide you on the intensity level to try target during your workout. Depending on which zone you are in, you get awarded Chisel N Stride points for your effort. The higher your cardiac intensity the more points you earn but we do not reward you points for overtraining (i.e. going into the red zone). By monitoring the number of points you are accumulating in each of your workouts, you can witness your own progress.

HOW OUR HEART RATE TRACKING SYSTEM WORKS

  • SEE YOUR RESULTS

    Once you wear a Heart Rate (HR) strap (any heart rate strap with an ANT+ sensor or our Chisel N Stride HR armband strap) our Chisel N Stride board in our Stride Zone will display your unique heart rate throughout class and our coaches can check your intensity and effort level

  • TRACK YOUR RESULTS

    As long as you wear your Chisel N Stride HR armband or switch on our app on your apple watch during your workout, you can track all your Chisel Zone workouts and workouts outside of the studio and keep your results stored on your account on the Chisel N Stride app

  • MONITOR YOUR RESULTS

    As long as you are wearing your HR armband for each of your workouts whether that be in the studio or out of the studio, we can monitor your progress and each month you will receive a monthly report. We look forward to celebrating your milestones with you

GETTING STARTED

PURCHASE OUR HEART RATE LED ARMBAND

Our Stride Zone classes require you to have a heart rate (HR) strap so that you can follow your coach and he/she can monitor your intensity level. Our Chisel N Stride strap has an LED light which indicates the HR zone you are in so you can easily determine your cardiac intensity.

Below is a summary of the types of HR straps you can use depending on whether you are doing an indoor or outdoor class:

  • Stride Zone classes (indoors): Chisel N Stride HR armband, or any ANT+ strap (polar / garmin / Wahoo fitness) can sync up to our Chisel N Stride HR monitor

  • Chisel Zone classes: You can either use our app on your apple watch or you can purchase a Chisel N Stride HR armband. Non Chisel N Stride HR straps are not compatible with our app
