    THE STRIDE ZONE

    Lace up your sneakers and immerse yourself in the invigorating atmosphere of our Stride Zone. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, the Stride Zone is your destination for a challenging and enjoyable workout that takes you to new heights.

CHISEL ZONE CLASSES

  • A pure strength focused class that focuses on power training and targets all your major muscle groups in 55 minutes

  • We offer 2 pilates classes: (a) pilates for beginners which develops your pilates foundation and introduces basic movements at the pilates springboard; and (b) pilates sculpt, an intermediate level class using our pilates springboard

  • Using myofascial stretching techniques to enable you to achieve full range of motion, and release knots in your body

  • Want to focus on strengthening your smaller muscle groups? Barre uses a pulsing method where in seconds you start to feel the burn developing in your muscles. Take this class over time and notice a difference in your muscular endurance. This class is offered in both 30 minutes and 45 minutes formats.

  • This beginner friendly classes blends traditional circuit training with some high intensity interval training using plyometric style movements. It’s fast, fun and will improve your fitness level quickly if you stay consistent with it!

STRIDE ZONE CLASSES

  • Build your aerobic base and running foundation with this class. Each month we build a little more volume training so that you become a stronger runner. End your class with lower body mobility training. This class is suitable for all levels.

  • If you are new to cardiovascular training, start with our Chisel N Hike class. Expect to power walk and hike on the tread to get your heart rate up. Once you complete your stride section, expect to Chisel at the Fitbench.

  • Our intermediate level hybrid class is designed for the power walkers and hikers who are ready to start their running journey. Once you complete your stride section, expect to Chisel at the Fitbench.

  • This class is the perfect combination of cardio and core strength wrapped up in to 45 minutes. We use weights, the med ball and your own body weight to challenge your core in this class.

  • We only offer 1 ladies only class called Barre. All our other classes are open for men and women

  • Yes! Mix your classes as this is the best way to improve your overall fitness levels

  • All booking must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled class start time. If you need to cancel your class reservation, this must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time).

    *Kindly note, we require at least 2 clients for a class to proceed and will endeavor to inform you as early as possible if class is not proceeding.
